RamiahJ Rides

Fleet and riders, from dispatch to proof.

Germany · 2025
The Challenge

E-commerce last-mile is usually a patchwork of WhatsApp dispatch, untracked bikes, and no proof when a package is handed over. Businesses needed one place to manage fleet and riders, assign packages, and see deliveries through — while riders needed a mobile flow to take jobs, scan the right package, and close with verification.

The Approach

We designed Rides as the fleet layer: businesses dispatch from a web dashboard, riders work from a mobile app, and the same system tracks the package from assignment through QR pickup, navigation, and proof of delivery. Accept/decline, live location, customer chat, photo and OTP, and rider payouts sit in that one loop.

The Product

The live product covers rider accounts and access, business fleet and bike management, order and package assignment, accept/decline, real-time rider location, delivery status, QR-code scanning, navigation, customer communication, proof of delivery with photo and OTP, rider earnings and payouts, and an operations dashboard.

The Engineering

The fleet dashboard and rider app are React. The API is Express, with Mongoose on MongoDB for fleets, riders, packages, and payouts, and Redis for caching and live rider location — so dispatch and last-mile updates stay fast as volume grows.
