The Challenge

Nigerian businesses needed a unified payment infrastructure that could handle the complexity of local payment methods, virtual accounts, and regulatory compliance — without requiring a dedicated engineering team to integrate and maintain it.

The Approach

We partnered with Radok Pay from concept to production, designing the entire platform architecture around API-first principles. Every feature — from payment links to webhook notifications — was built to be developer-friendly while remaining accessible to non-technical business users through an intuitive dashboard.

The Product

The platform includes a merchant dashboard for payment management, virtual account provisioning, payment link generation, payout scheduling, team access controls, and comprehensive transaction reporting. The API layer exposes every capability for custom integrations.

Built on a microservices architecture with NestJS, the platform handles high-throughput payment processing with Redis for caching and queue management. MongoDB stores transaction records with optimized indexing for real-time reporting. The React frontend delivers sub-second dashboard interactions.
