We designed Gigitright as a full freelance ecosystem, not a listings board. Clients post projects, discover talent, hire, collaborate, and pay in one place. A concierge layer sits on top for teams that want managed hiring: pre-screened matches, project monitoring, dispute handling, and reassignment — with subscription or pay-per-project options.
The live web platform covers client and freelancer accounts, service categories, freelancer profiles, project posting, discovery, matching, hiring workflows, collaboration, and secure payments. Gigitright Concierge adds account-managed hiring, delivery support, priority disputes, and freelancer reassignment for businesses that want the marketplace without running the search themselves.
We built the web product around two hiring modes on one system: self-serve marketplace flows for posting, matching, collaborating, and paying — and a managed concierge path for pre-screening, monitoring, and dispute resolution. Pricing supports a standard marketplace fee and premium concierge or custom enterprise engagement.
