Skilled work, made simple.

Nigeria · 2026
The Challenge

Finding trusted help for everyday work in Nigeria is still fragmented — WhatsApp groups, word of mouth, and unverified listings. Skilled artisans and freelancers, meanwhile, struggle to find consistent paid work without a platform that represents them well and pays them reliably.

The Approach

We partnered on a two-sided product: hirers get a clear path to verified pros for home and trade jobs, while workers get a place to find work and grow income. The first public surface is a marketing site and waitlist, with community onboarding on WhatsApp while the marketplace is prepared for launch.

The Product

Hirers will be able to hire verified artisans and freelancers, browse open jobs, and book expert advice. A quick-gig lane is planned for fast, local work. Trust at launch is designed around ratings and secure payments. Today the live site collects waitlist demand and routes people into the WhatsApp community.

The Engineering

The web experience is a Next.js, React, and TypeScript frontend with Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion. The API is Node.js and Express, with Redis for caching and session-sensitive data. Waitlist capture uses Formik, Yup, and SheetDB. A mobile app is on the roadmap.
